1. Valor del trimestre<\/h3>

El valor de los trimestres es de $350 IVA incluido (Trescientos cincuenta d\u00f3lares estadounidenses exactos) y la tarifa para el pago en colones debe de ser confirmada con la administraci\u00f3n, debido al fluctuante precio del d\u00f3lar estadounidense.<\/p>

1.1 Formas de pago<\/h4>

The forms of payment available at the institute are:
\u2022 Pago en efectivo
\u2022 Transferencia bancaria
\u2022 Dep\u00f3sito bancario
\u2022 Pago mediante figura de pagar\u00e9 \/ letra de cambio.<\/p>

Cash payment:<\/strong>\u00a0 It corresponds to the payment made directly at the institute's headquarters.<\/p>

There is a TWO WEEK grace period to cancel and avoid the application of the corresponding interest, in case of not canceling within the established term.
Wire transfer:\u00a0<\/strong> se refiere a la transferencia de dinero a las cuentas habilitadas por el instituto mediante los servicios en l\u00ednea de los bancos. (Debe reportarse la transferencia mediante el env\u00edo del comprobante o pantallazo del mismo al correo institutoconfucio@aprendamandarin.com o al WhatsApp del instituto 6401-8514)<\/p>

Bank deposit:<\/strong>\u00a0 procedure carried out in banks by depositing money into the institute's accounts.<\/p>

When the term is canceled either by transfer or bank deposit, it is required to indicate the name of the student, and send us the proof of the transaction via email or WhatsApp.<\/p>

Promissory note \/ bill of exchange:\u00a0<\/strong> pago mediante 3 cuotas mensuales de $120 d\u00f3lares cada cuota, (esta modalidad de pago ha sido habilitada debido a la emergencia nacional del COVID-19 y su aplicaci\u00f3n y vigencia ser\u00e1 TEMPORAL), deben de respetarse los plazos establecidos para el pago de manera puntual, de lo contrario se aplicar\u00e1n los mecanismos previstos por atraso en los pagos del presente reglamento.<\/p>

2. Incumplimiento en los pagos<\/h3>

2.1 Failure to pay (Cash payment methods)<\/h4>

En caso de no cancelar lo correspondiente al valor del trimestre despu\u00e9s de quince d\u00edas, debe de firmarse un pagar\u00e9, el cual incluye un 5% de inter\u00e9s, adem\u00e1s se deber\u00e1 de definir la fecha en la que se realizar\u00e1 el pago.

En caso de no cancelar a tiempo se corre con el riesgo de llegar a cobro judicial, para evitar lo anterior es importante respetar el compromiso adquirido al firmar el pagar\u00e9 y el hecho de abandonar el trimestre NO lo exonera de pagar las obligaciones adquiridas en la firma del pagar\u00e9.<\/p>

2.2 Failure to pay (Payment methods promissory note \/ bill of exchange)<\/h4>

The installments must be paid on the dates indicated in the promissory note, people who do not cancel the first installment, after the payment date has expired, an interest of 5% will be applied, in the event that the same situation persists, an interest 10% will be applied and if the case lasts until the third month, the percentage of increase will be 20%, in case the quarter has ended and the value of the same has not been canceled, the percentage will be 25% over the value of the quarter and will accumulate for each month delay.
In case of not canceling on time with what is stipulated in the promissory note, there is a risk of reaching judicial collection, to avoid the foregoing it is important to respect the commitment acquired when signing the bill of exchange and the promissory note, the fact of leaving the quarter it does not exempt you from paying the obligations acquired in the signing of the promissory note.<\/p>

3. Descuentos aplicables<\/h3>

A 5% discount will be applied on the total value of the quarter and only to students who enroll with more than one additional person during the same enrollment period (family members), the discount applies ONLY to payments received in cash or transfers.<\/p>

4. Otras disposiciones<\/h3>

\u2022 Para la entrega de los libros, certificaciones o t\u00edtulos de bloque al estudiante, es necesario estar al d\u00eda, seg\u00fan la forma de pago del trimestre seleccionada: un solo pago (totalidad del trimestre) o pagar\u00e9\/letra de cambio.<\/p>

\u2022 En caso de que un estudiante se encuentre moroso con el pago del trimestre en cualquiera de sus modalidades, esto facultar\u00e1 al instituto a excluir a un estudiante de las clases virtuales de manera provisional hasta que se ponga al d\u00eda con el pago del trimestre, una vez se pague el trimestre o la cuota (seg\u00fan corresponda), se aplicar\u00e1 el inter\u00e9s correspondiente y el cobro del trimestre se mantiene, el instituto enviar\u00e1 el v\u00eddeo de la clase en la que el estudiante estuvo ausente por exclusi\u00f3n administrativa, para que pueda ponerse al d\u00eda.<\/p>

\u2022 El Kung Tse Instituto Oriental Confucio no acostumbra congelar dinero recibido por concepto de pago del trimestre, salvo casos como que la instituci\u00f3n se vea imposibilitada a abrir un grupo.<\/p>

\u2022 Se aclara que en caso se haya hecho la cancelaci\u00f3n del trimestre y el estudiante abandone el mismo sin haber concluido, NO SE PODR\u00c1 realizar ning\u00fan tipo de devoluci\u00f3n de dinero.<\/p>

\u2022 En caso la direcci\u00f3n decida hacer la excepci\u00f3n de congelar un trimestre, ser\u00e1 UNICAMENTE por un trimestre.<\/p>

\u2022 Bajo ninguna circunstancia se congelar\u00e1 un dinero recibido por concepto de trimestre de clases de mandar\u00edn si el plazo supera los tres meses.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
